Shipping Information

KVRT STVFF offers free standard shipping within the European Union and United Kingdom on orders above 50 EUR and free express shipping to the rest of the world on orders above 150 EUR. Please note that free shipping is applied at checkout.

While we always aim to ship our products as quickly and efficiently as possible, delivery times are provided as guidelines. Orders are usually dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days. Please note that dispatch times may increase during high-demand periods. All orders are shipped with ups and require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes — those orders will be canceled.

Pre-Orders

Payment conditions:  you will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing the pre-order.

Mixed order consisting of currently available and pre-order items:  the products will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees.

Order consisting of pre-order items with different delivery dates:  the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date. In any case, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

Order Status

You will receive an email from us with a tracking number  to check the whereabouts of your order as soon as your order is shipped. All orders are fully traceable at our website. To see where your order is and to get the latest shipping status, sign in to your account.

Taxes and Duties

EU countries and the UK: shipments to EU countries and the UK follow the DDP (delivery duty paid) agreement, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Rest of countries: shipments to the rest of countries follow the DDU (delivery duty unpaid) agreement, meaning that the product prices displayed do not include taxes and duties.  As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you want to estimate the tax you will need to pay, please contact your local customs office.

Payment Types and Security

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note that, if you pay through your PayPal account, your order will be shipped to the address registered in that account.

It’s important for us that our customers feel safe when ordering our products. That’s why we use security socket layer (SSL) technology, which is one of the most secure systems for online orders. It protects any sensitive information such as your name, personal id number, and credit card details.

First Order Policy

For security purposes, KVRT STVFF reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address.  To avoid delays to your first order, please make sure that the shipping address you provide matches the billing address of your credit/debit card.

Delivery Failure

If UPS cannot deliver in the delivery address provided, UPS might alternatively attempt to deliver at least once more or the order will be sent to the closest ups access point. An email with this information will be sent to the email address you provide when purchasing the order. If you do not provide an email address, you will need to proactively check the status of the delivery.

If it is impossible to deliver and ups must return the order to us, KVRT STVFF will not make any new delivery and we will be authorized to charge you all costs arising from the whole shipping process, even if the first shipping had initially been free of charge for you.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, items (with the exception of underwear and socks) can be returned  within 14 days after the delivery date.
You are obliged to pay for the return shipping charges:

KVRT STVFF Gift Card and Archive Sale items are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

These are the steps you need to follow to initiate and process a return:

1. Please complete the return request form using this link with your order number to obtain a return authorization.

2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label  that you have to print and attach to your package. If you are located outside of the eu, you will also need to print and attach to your package the return invoice that you will also receive in the email.

3. To be eligible for return, all items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.  Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and to issue a refund.

4. Pack the items  in their original packaging (or any rigid carton box) and stick the ups label over the prior delivery information. If you are located outside of the eu, stick the return invoice as well  next to the other label.

5. Leave the package at a ups drop-off location.  You can follow your return in transit on ups.com as long as you retain a copy of the return tracking number from the return label provided by us.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country  from where they were purchased.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.

When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.  Shipping costs will not be included in the refunded amount.

KVRT STVFF reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.

Exchanges Policy

KVRT STVFF Gift Card and Archive Sale items are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Should you be interested in a different color or style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new one(s) separately at kvrtstvff.com. 

We offer free size exchange of the same style and color  (with the exception of underwear) within 14 days after the delivery date. KVRT STVFF will cover the costs of the first return and new delivery. All exchanges of each order must be requested at once.

To initiate the exchange, please purchase the new size(s) and email us at customercare@kvrtstvff.com with the new order number. Then, complete the return request form using this link to obtain a return authorization for the original order with the incorrect size(s).

Quality Guarantee

If the item you receive is faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt by sending an email to customercare@kvrtstvff.com  with quality guarantee as the subject.
